Distance Healing And Phone Reading From Lee

My friend Lee...or as Alexander calls her "Ma's Psychic Friend"...is attending school at Lily Dale, where I, too, aspire to go to. Recently she gifted me a wonderful phone reading which I'd like to share here.

Prior to the reading, Lee scheduled a distance healing for me. We decided on a time and my only requirement was that I rest and relax. After the healing, Lee phoned me and told me what she saw/felt. Beautiful indigo and purple surrounded me, giving way to light lavender and waves of light yellow. A talented handspinner herself, earlier she was looking through some of her unspun fibers and noticed a roving of the same colors she saw during the healing. She was told that the fibers were for me. For Jenny? Yes, for Jenny. The colors are significant for me at this time. Lee will be sending them to me. Gee thanks, Lee!

As Lee did the healing, I saw bubbles rising from my body. They were iridescent.

Here's some of the notes I took as Lee spoke to me ~
-Head/crown energy; ears: opening up.
-Back of neck: she felt her right thumb and forefinger push up a bit here; went left over forehead.
-A lot of tension between shoulder blades and neck.
-Some tension at small of back, though not that bad.
-Lee knelt and held my hands; knees, legs.
-Did some Light energy work on front and sides of face and throat.
-Drawn to shoulder blades again.
-Heart chakra and behind: color change to blue, yellow, and green. Darker colors here.
-Slight heaviness in heart; holding a lot there. Going through grief (missing my brother and a friend), loss; big weight; turned dark then slightly lighter green to blue. Gradual healing; must work through and let go. OK to move on.
-Left brain vibration. Left brain working overtime; over-analyzing; imbalance.
-Needs to spin for balance; not for work. As hard as spinning presently is for me, it's something I need to do; will center me and balance everything going on.
-Three sides to me:
1) wife/mother/outside world/friend: Hamster on wheel. Headaches caused by overdriven left brain.
2) intuitive: Good to zero in on. Lot of progress. Whoa with the "gotta do". No need to put pressure on self. Slow down. You're not going to lose it. In right place at right time. Flow. Don't push. Beware of picking up boulders and putting them in front of me; beware of setting up my own obstacles; building my own barriers. Pushing too hard. Easier and gently. Step back and breathe. Stop worrying what you need to study; you'll know.
3) spinner: Huge issue and hard. Don't force. Called to do more and more for fun. Playful feeling; do for love of it again. Consider spindling again; no pressure. Take time out and play with spindle; allow little bits at a time. Sit and breathe. Wheel is fine but spindle may work better for me now in life. Put spindle next to computer; kitchen counter. Will help center me.
-Whirlwind and chaos. Reconnect at heart and soul level. Childlike wonder. Book work will have turning point in March and GREAT release in May.
-Too serious. Need joyfulness. You go girl. Take wide perspective.
-Reading for others comes naturally. Gives inner peace. Doing not because you need to read but because you like to. You are healing people already via these readings; by what you do. Inner calling.

Thank YOU so much, Lee.

Past Life Regression Session

I recently purchased a CD that is simply wonderful: "Past Life Regression ~ Entering Into Your Own History," by Tina Zion. It's volume 5 in Tina's Transformative Hypnosis Series.

Some of you who have been reading The Spiritual Spider for awhile now may remember Tina's name from these past posts: A Psychic Reading For Me, and Ravenstar's Thoughts On My Reading.

Previously, I have had one "in-person" past life regression session with Trish Casimira (see past posts: Past Life Regression Part 1, Past Life Regression Part 2, Past Life Regression Part 3, and Past Life Regression Part 4). In addition, I had been successfully using the scripts and CDs of Brian Weiss for further self exploration into past lives (see past post: A Past Life Regression Helps To Reveal "Why Allergies?").

I sent for Tina's CD because I wanted to compare her approach to Trish's and Brian's techniques. Also, I find I'm very, very interested in past life regression and am seriously considering getting training to be such a therapist, so it's good to see how others in the field conduct sessions.

There's much to recommend Tina's CD. I LOVE her voice and the gentle music used in the background. She goes slowly and leaves much time for the individual to go deeper. I found no trouble going deep, deeper, and deeeeeeeeep, but never felt scared or out of control. Tina allows the individual to come out of the regression at their own time. She doesn't stop you mid-stream...instead her voice and the music trails off...and she knows you'll naturally know when to open your eyes. This gentle approach worked very well with me.

When doing self-hypnosis one can either tape themselves during the regression so that if they want to speak, it'll be recorded, or one can keep paper and pen nearby so that right after the session they can simply write down anything they want documented. I chose the pen/paper route. It's interesting how clear one's mind is regarding detail if the writing is done right after the session. Don't worry you'll forget anything important. It's doubtful you will.

What follows is taken from my notes during the past life regression session I did today: It was the late 1700's. I was Slavic...Ukranian. I was a man of strength. Burly. Ruddy. Black, curly hair. Full beard. Hairy arms. Introspective. Soft-spoken. Man of few words. I was chopping wood in a forested area, near to a village but not in the village itself. I had made my own rough cabin of one room with a loft. I was a skilled Cooper who made and repaired barrels, buckets, coffins, etc. I was quietly ambitious and knew I could improve my home, life, etc. Loneliness was an early problem...it wasn't easy for me to talk to anyone, let alone women. Later in this lifetime I had found a wife. She was a plain, sturdy, blond-haired, woman who was kindly and skilled at all sorts of things...sewing, gardening, cooking. By the time we had a few children, we had built together a larger wood home, with a huge garden, animals, etc. I died, happy, in my 60's from being simply worn out, with my wife tending to me at my deathbed.

Dreams, Dreams, Dreams

Dreams from the end of '09 to the beginning of '10:

12/20/09
Very vivid, in-the-now, dream that seemed prophetic. Our David was telling me he must work. I told him, panicked, that he would never be able to pay for the apartment he has now and would end up, at best, in one room. He didn't care. He said he had to do this. I said he was ill and it wasn't necessary. In the dream I felt helpless but knew he had to make decisions for himself.

Same day... Literally fell asleep sitting up whilst knitting. I dreamed a woman brought me to her van and put a little Chihuahua pup in my arms. She said she had two pups and asked if I would like one. I said I'd need to ask my husband, Chris. Chris asked, "How big does this dog get?" I answered, "Not very." He said the dog would be the same size as Chloe, our cat, and that Chloe wouldn't like that at all. (note: What was weird was that Chris didn't seem opposed to a dog at all...just a small dog.) I sadly told the lady I couldn't take the puppy.

12/23/09
My brother, Bob, lived in a big, Brit-style, manor house. I went out from his house one morning and he locked me out. I had to eat black walnuts from the ground and scrounge for berries. He never let me back in.

12/24/09
I dreamed I was employed by a baker, like when I worked at Josef's (in Grosse Pointe, MI), but a bigger establishment than Josef's. On the day I was to begin work I couldn't find a white uniform that would fit me, now being a 52 year old. I saw a mini-skirt dress, like the kind I wore as a teen, in my closet. And there were other tops and pants in the same closet that would not fit right nor be appropriate for a 52 year old. I told my Ma to go into work for me so the job would not be lost.

The first dream segued into a dream featuring a different job that was on a pier, with boats tied up. In this second dream, I had NO clothes on; completely exposed. My boss took a bathrobe off a peg and gave it to me to cover up.

This second dream segued into a third dream featuring yet another job...this time at a university. I felt very comfortable at the school, whatever I was doing. I looked down and saw a winding staircase and said that I was content in such a setting.

12/25/09
Another "job" dream! I was working at a library, after having not been at the job long. Friend, Sadelle, came to visit the morning of work and I found myself 15 minutes late for work because of this. I walked to my register that was on an "island-style" desk inside the main room of the library. Other workers, including my boss, looked disgusted at me. I turned on the register with a key and worried that I didn't know what to do next. End of dream.

12/27/09
I was talking to an astrologer who told me about a new "service" the Catholic church offered called "Popetacks" (pronounced Pope-eh-tacks). This service had them (priests?) look at one's astrological chart, emphasizing four "themes" at a time. You had to pay extra for more "themes." I said, "Bloody Catholic church! They think they can control time, too."

12/28/09
A big red blanket covered Chris.

1/2/10
I was outside looking at myself in a mirror. The time period felt like the Wild West. I couldn't see my reflection because I was surrounded by bright light. I kept trying to fix my hair, etc., but the light was so bright I couldn't see to do so.

1/3/10
Terrible dream...I was raped by my brother, Bob, and my Dad. A dream of survival and a fight against homelessness.

1/4/10
I lived with Chris in a big, co-op style house with my brother, Bob, and my Ma. One morning...a beautiful one...I was in the large backyard when a hummingbird flew very close to me. I put my finger out, like a perch, and the bird landed on it. I talked to the hummingbird and admired its beauty. In a little while, it flew away. I came in the house and my Ma was coming out of her bedroom, adjusting her skirt and boasting how her figure was so great and how wonderful she looked in the skirt. She cared less what I had to say about the bird experience. I mumbled something not so nice under my breath, as my brother, Bob, walked past.

1/4/10
I literally took a nap sitting up on my futon in my spinning room in the afternoon. Felt myself going into a deep sleep. Chris was working at the computer in the same room as I slept. I remember thinking as I dreamed that I must get up. As I did, a man with a beautiful voice started singing. I physically opened my mouth and as I did, I realized it was I who had the beautiful male voice. I experimented by opening and shutting my mouth, but the singing continued. I woke up soon after.

1/15/10
In the dream I was in a large, old house that I lived in. Candy (childhood friend from Detroit), came to visit me and presented me with a beautiful red lacquered box as a gift. Inside the box was a brooch that looked like ivory, with a relief of horses on the front of the brooch. Attached to the brooch was a bottle (seemingly too big for the pin) that I realized was a scent diffuser. I profoundly thanked Candy for the gift. Also in the box was another talisman of ivory, but this time of a rhinoceros. Candy said she gave me the gift in commemoration of us getting back in touch and being friends again.

1/19/10
Another job dream! I was scheduled to teach a short, 3-hour spinning workshop at Harrisville Designs. A women with blond hair was to drive me to the gig because Chris couldn't. About the time we were to leave, I realized I did not pack enough supplies to work with. I began pulling out pillow cases full of fibers, looking desperately for what I needed. I decided to get some synthetic fibers to go with the wool I had already packed. Stuff was strewn everywhere and the clock ticked closer to the time that the class was scheduled to begin. I started looking for swatches of the synthetic fibers when I realized that the class was about to begin but we hadn't even left the house yet. Panic engulfed me. I worried whether I should call Harrisville or not, telling them I was sorry I couldn't make the class. I grappled with this and never called. Later, when Chris arrived home I said,"I told you I didn't want to teach anymore! Now look what has happened!!"
(Later, when I told Chris he said it was "classic." He said it was a better dream than trying to weigh a dead deer, blood all over me, with the scale not working." Chris continued, "It's only about fiber. No one has died.")

1/20/10
Two nightmares! One dream was that I was stalked by a creepy guy who frequents the library in Brattleboro. The other dream was that I found Chris and Alexander dead on the floor of a HUGE aquarium tank, with HUGE black, orange, and blue goldfish swimming and poking about them. Next thing I knew, after I was ready to jump into the tank to get them...Chris was very much alive and reading under the tank. The tank was on a stand with legs, so Chris could easily fit underneath it. Alexander was very much alive and behind the tank, playing a tune on South American panpipes. He played along with some sort of recording on a tape player. End of dreams.

Faces

One of the phenomena I've been experiencing for awhile now is what I call "faces." Seemingly out of the blue, often right before I go to sleep, but also when I'm awake but resting my eyes (for instance, in the car as a passenger or just laying my head back on the couch) I see faces. And perhaps more interesting yet, occasionally the faces appear in my mind/third eye when my physical eyes are open, looking at other things. Sometimes the faces are by themselves; just that. Other times they're full-length or partial-length people in what appears like a clairvoyant movie clip. Sometimes the movie is rolling; in action for a short while. Other times the scenes are frozen in time.

Chris knows this happens to me now, so I occasionally tell him about the faces I'm seeing. He teased me the other day when I told him about a grizzly bearded man in a Confederate army hat, which morphed into an African American baby, held by an African American woman. Chris said, "I think you've been watching one too many PBS specials by Ken Burns." But all teasing aside, he knows that's not what it is at all. That said, what IS it? It's not like I had been reading about or even contemplating the Civil War or anything of late.

Before discussing the possibilities of why I see what I see, I should mention that often the scenes appear to be from long ago and about places I've never been to in this lifetime. A young man from Italy during the Renaissance (I KNOW he's from Italy. I know not how I know this.), wearing a green velvet hat, not unlike a beret, has come to me more than once. He is very handsome and very memorable. I've also seen people of all ages and both genders. Many times one face does morph into another...and another...and another, and when this happens it's not always that the faces are from the same place or time period. I do not see the faces of animals. I have never heard, at least thus far, any of the faces talking, tho' at times their lips are moving.

I can't make the faces appear just because I want or ask for them. They just seem to appear when they do. If I shift my focus, I can make them disappear by asking, at least for awhile. The faces aren't bothersome, per se, unless the movie clip goes too fast, as what was explained in the past post: More Revelation...The Hard Way.

Other friends have told me they, too, see faces. One of them sees animal faces. Another one says the faces sometimes look right at her, as if observing her.

Thoughts on who these people are and why I'm seeing them:
  • Folks I've seen in my life (such as in crowd) that my mind has filed away. Could be people I've known personally or not (tho' I've never recognized any of the faces thus far).
  • Folks I've seen in past lives that my mind has filed away. Again, could be people I've known personally or not.
  • Spirits that have crossed over. Could be people I've known or not. If this is the case, why they are appearing to me is yet a mystery.
  • The faces could be me in past lives.
Any other ideas?

Reading Offer

2/16/10 ~ A total of 54 FREE Empath readings were given since the beginning of January! Thanks folks. Free offer has ended. All those who requested free readings have received them.
Please see
Empath Readings for current information.
I've just finished what may prove to be the most important book I've ever read: "Become the Most Important Person in the Room ~ Your 30-Day Plan For Empath Empowerment," by Rose Rosetree. My only regret is that this book wasn't available years ago. It would have saved me from all the pain and actual illness at being an unskilled empath.

It's no secret that I'm a Tarot reader. I offer my services on the sidebar of my two blogs. What I'd like to offer...from now until further notice...are FREE empath readings. Please note that empath readings are not Tarot readings in that I use no cards for the reading. Please don't ask a "question" as no question is required from you for this type of reading. I am doing these readings for a few reasons. I want to practice being a skilled empath. And let's face it, I feel better when I "Fill Up And Give," as explained on page 12 by Rose in another of her excellent books, "Let Today Be a Holiday ~ 365 Ways to Co-Create With God." Filling up done for 15 minutes or so a day, where you "use a spiritual practice to bring your awareness to God, such as prayer, meditation, visualization or yoga. Any deep experience will wake up your consciousness." Giving is done for 10 minutes or so a day, where you "use a technique to read people deeper (face reading, aura reading, empathic reading) or simply do a favor for someone you love. Any kind of authentic giving is fine."

If you are interested in getting one free empathic reading, please send me a clear photo (digital is preferred by me), of yourself. The photo should have only you in it. You need to be facing the camera head-on, both in face and in body. The pic should show you from the top of your head down to your waist or longer (shorter than your waist is not recommended). Please keep in mind that the reading will be about you at the time the photograph was taken. Pic is used by me to read 4 of your chakras, therefore it's crucial that pic-criteria is followed. Note that a glamorous or highly attractive pic is not needed (Some folks have been apologizing for how they look! Worry not about this.). Quite honestly, I hardly look at the pic with my eyes; it's the energy off your chakras that makes the reading possible. Consider taking the pic yourself in a mirror if no one is around to take one for you...these types of pics work just fine. Send the photo to me at: spinningjenny57@hotmail.com

Those who have had Tarot readings from me know that I do not sugarcoat anything. The reading is the reading is the reading is the reading... I'm sure this will be the same with my empathic readings. With any readings, I have found that what is revealed is often only known fully by the person I'm reading for, not by me. So please don't shoot the messenger. I'll simply relay what I'm given.

And yes, I'd love to get feedback from you, but this is optional. However, I would like to know from all that the reading reached you OK.

So there you have it...my New Year's gift to you. And not surprisingly, this is also my New Year's gift to me. The Universe is amazing, eh?!
